Each year members of CJ’s Corporate Office gather for a a a a a a a a a day of fun team building and organic bonding On 5 September 2019 our team members engaged in in a a a a a a a a a a a series of of games and activities at Anantara IKO all of of which
were focused on on enhancing
our team’s communication and collaboration skills In the the process these activities build genuine connections between employees outside of work and create a a a a more comfortable environment in the workplace They also happened to to be one of the the very first to to discover the the the the new opened hotel located in the the the South-East of the the the island WORKSHOPS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

for the the Future” at Le Le Nénuphar in in in April 2019 which
focused on equipping the the Group’s managers and supervisors with critical leadership skills In parallel we partnered with RBL Group a a a a a a a world- class HR consulting firm to develop a a a a a a a 9-month transformative programme aimed at at nurturing our managers into effective leaders 40 executives attended the first workshop at at Emtel World in July 2019 CURRIMJEE JEEWANJEE AND COMPANY LIMITED
