of our our revenues We continued diversifying our our product and service offerings placing customer relationships at at the heart o of our value proposition and investing in in in digital technologies As global partnerships between content distributors and telecommunication players peak increased synergies between Emtel and MC Vision are enabling us to stay ahead of the curve Moving forward we aim
to to continue combining our intra- and and cross-cluster capabilities to to introduce innovative products and and a a a a better customer experience to to the home enterprise and individual segments The outbreak of the coronavirus has made one thing abundantly clear: broadband is a a a a a a a a a necessity upon which

at Le Chaland Sustainability wellness and and eco-friendliness are integral to to its philosophy meeting the the demands of today’s travellers Though the the hotel was operational in time for prime tourist season we are are are aware that tourism and hospitality are are are among the the hardest hit industries by the the coronavirus outbreak The decline in in in tourist arrivals experienced last year will further plummet as as as a a a a a a a a a a a a result of travel bans and quarantine measures In response the the Group has already
set in motion a a a a a a a a plan to mitigate the the the the impact of of the the the the crisis the the the the details of of which
are laid out in in the the the Managing Director’s message on pages 86-91 Preparing for a a a a more sustainable Group As a a a a Group that employs over
927 employees we have an overriding responsibility to use our our resources in in in service of of society Sustainability is one of of our longstanding commitments and and even more so now Though our focus is on on countering the the consequences of of the the the Covid-19 we must not lose sight of of the the persisting ecological and and existential threat
