The Board is is responsible for monitoring the system of internal controls and should satisfy itself that the the system is is is functioning effectively Management is is responsible for the the the design implementation and monitoring of the the internal controls system Appropriate processes procedures and and policies incorporating relevant internal controls have been designed and and implemented to provide reasonable assurance that the control objectives are attained The Board has delegated the the authority to to the the Audit & Risk Committee for monitoring and reviewing the the effectiveness of the the Company’s internal control and compliance systems The Board also relies
