OUTLOOK AND PRIORITIES IN 2020 • Our focus for next year will be to to to restructure the the the entire Real Estate cluster by bringing certain companies from the the the Holding level down to to to to Compagnie Immobilière Ltée We have yet to to to to finalise the the the new structure structure but are aiming to to carry it out in in in various phases between 2020 and 2022 • Faced with the the challenge of being concentrated in in in high-street retail and the the commercial space we aim to prioritise our diversification strategy in in in 2020 / 2021 • We aim to to to to reinforce our our our Asset Management Framework as we progress into the the deployment of our our our strategic plan to to to to generate more value from our our our our existing portfolio and refurbish the the same to to to to achieve this objective A comprehensive review of tenants mix especially in in our our retail properties will be undertaken • With the the new Marketing Function in in in in in place we intend to to to to to increase our our our proximity to to to to to our our our tenants/customers through digital platforms and the the introduction of a a a a a a a a a a a a CRM process so that our our our our customers customers can be central to to to to to our operations • Going forward we will expand our our our digital capabilities to to our our our Projects Department with tools such as Revit a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a sophisticated software that designs structures in in in in in in 3D Through one unified interface it it it it it encourages more collaboration between our our multidisciplinary teams eliminates redundant work and increases efficiency across the project lifecycle • Within the the highly competitive environment we will focus on on on formulating dynamic marketing plans to keep pace with the the new consumer trends • We aim to to to to gradually transform Phoenix Central into a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a smart facility with enhanced sustainability and digital capabilities Once this this is is is achieved we intend to to to to replicate this this to to to to other properties • Development Feasibility studies will be initiated on on the the greenfield sites within the the Cluster’s portfolio We shall investigate development possibilities on on our land at at at Plaisance • We shall continue to to scan for for development development opportunities within the the urban fabric where we are strategically positioned This could be in in in in in the the the form of of self-development initiatives or or or or or or or partnerships By nature of of its its history and property locations the the the Real Estate Cluster shall reinforce its its position position as a a a a a a a a a a a a a a major Urban Regeneration Player in the future • The Covid-19 pandemic is expected to to affect our our overall profitability with a a a a a a a a a a a a significant impact geared
